Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level developer now exceeds $80,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilise.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your Perceptiv team when you have work available for them.

Replicating the Perceptiv team in-house would cost you $380k + annually!

Can this scale with our growth and handle peak season demands?

Absolutely! We work exclusively with eCommerce brands so we totally get that at certain points in the year you will need us far more than usual.

Our team is never stretched and we ensure we have plenty of capacity especially during peak times.

By being able to hire the best talent globally we are able to provide more coverage than an in-house team, almost 24hrs!

How will Perceptiv integrate with our current workflows and systems?

During onboarding and in the first 1-2 months we’ll work hard to understand your business but also to meet and get to know the key stakeholders.

You need to know how we work and we need to know how we best plug into your team, for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

How do we submit work requests?

Your Project Manager will onboard you to ClickUp, our project management tool, and you’ll submit work requests there including feedback. It’s super simple.

Of course, we understand some work is easier explained over a quick call, that’s all included, but generally we’ll ask you to follow some guidelines when submitting work so that we can minimize meetings and just get stuff done.

You’ll have access to us our team via ClickUp, Slack, Email and Video/Phone call.

Do we need to sign a long term contract?

No way! We bill you on a monthly basis and you can pause or cancel any time, we just ask for a 30 day notice period.

We want you to love working with us, if you don’t, you should go elsewhere with no strings attached.

What makes Perceptiv different to the competition?

We work with brands who want things handled quickly and done right so they can iterate and push ahead faster than their competition. We can often complete 2-3x the amount of work in an hour than a less experienced team. Put us to the test!

How many requests can i submit or get done at a time?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one. On the Plus plan we would tackle 2 at a time, so the throughput is greater.

Do I get a dedicated developer?

We have several experienced developers, all full time in-house and fully trained in Neto.

Your Project Manager will involve the resources best suited to the specific task. Once involved the developer will see it through, ensuring both speed and quality.

Dedicated developers may be assigned for 50+ hour per month arrangements.

What do we mean by Solution Architecture?

Building distance between you and your competitors is #1 and having a team who can solve most growth outcomes is your secret weapon!

Talk to (y)our dedicated Solution Architect about the outcomes you want as a business and we’ll come up with a solution and be able to implement it too.

We’re talking about features you don’t have, integrations you dream of, custom apps or anything you need to smash your competition.

What resources do you use? Outsource or In-house?

All developers and project managers come with years of eCommerce project experience and are Neto Certified.

We don’t outsource any of our work, we recruit and work with only our own full time staff.

Do you have to match us to new people with every job?

No way, what a waste of time!

Your dedicated Project Manager will always get the best person for each job and you don’t need to interview resources or spend time worrying about whether the person can get the outcome.

What if i want less than 20hrs per month?

This is best geared to work with brands who need and value medium to high velocity of growth, iterations and impact.

You’d be surprised, we find most brands, once they have us as a vehicle for ideation and implementation, easily surpass 20hrs per month.

Give it a go and if for some reason it doesn’t work out, you can hop out any time. We don’t do contracts.
